Text of Complaint by Siddharth Sharma:

I have made complaint regarding wrong billing and false commitments by airtel on consumer portal of government. Since then they are not replying to my mail and updating wrong information on the portal saying that I was not contactable. How is it possible? I am getting calls from all other numbers. If it’s technical issue then why my mails are not being reapplied?
