On 6th April 2020 I tried to recharge my prepaid mobile with Rs 399 unlimited data pack thru airtel online webpage.
The amount got deducted from my bank account but I did not get recharged status SMS from Airtel.
Transaction was disconnected at Airtel end but amount deducted from my bank account.
Transaction was not completed at Airtel.

Recharge amount 399. 1.5 GB per day, unlimited call data pack.
My mobile number is 9845934305
I repeatedly tried to call 121 and 198 but got no help.
I have also sent emails at 121@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.kk@airtel.com but got no response even after 2 days.
Its frustrating Airtel is neither bothered to respond to their customer nor help.
Kindly help me.
