Text of Complaint by Sumith:

Iam currently using Airtel prepaid connection and I want to port my number to JIO. But whenever I send the PORT msg, I get a reply mentioning that UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for change of ownership for this number. I’ve spoken to customer care and visited Airtel Office multiple times, swapped sims, completed re-verification but still not resolved. Customer care and outlet people don’t know anything. Iam attaching the screenshot for your reference. Please do the needful
