I have paid Rs. 999/- for hotstar and zee5. However the zee5 activation on my number is still pending. I have raise 5 complaints, two email on 121 and one email on thankssupport. But still the service not been provided on my number. I have received from Airtel to pay the amount for zee5. While I attached the screen shot of payment proof in which it is clearly mentioned that i have paid the amount for zee5. Airtel team neither read the email they just replying the standard emails without solutions.
