From past 10 years or more I have been using Airtel number 9892044373 till 16th March 2019 it was Billing from then I made it prepaid and done prepaid recharge of 449 which plan was valid till 06.06.2019. After midnight 12 pm suddenly outgoing stopped even though i have recharge the number on 05.06.2019. I contacted customer care at midnight 1.00 am and only response i am getting is you have called in postpaid your number is prepaid and then they transfer to prepaid and will say your number is not reflecting. Wolud like to know if it is postpaid then why bill has been not generated in last 84 days and if it is Prepaid then why it is not reflecting in their system.
