My number is 9908980712, and the issue is although I have a balance of more than 300 rs in my account, I am not able to send a SMS for registering my mobile banking and I have sent 4 emails to them to look in to it. I even marked a copy to nodal officer as well. Airtel not just solving my problem, it failed to even acknowledge my complaint.
