Its regarding my airtel sim number 9928346218. Which was purchased in Jun-2006. Wherr i have paid 999 for the sim lifetime validity and free incoming calls and Sms. The t&cs of 999 was unlimited validity of incomings calls and sms for lifetime. However the offer was redeem by company without compensating. Since the offers of 999 does state anything about redemption of terms and conditions of policy in future.
Airtel has to compensate the unused balance to my account as balance or whatever.
