I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.
And after a day I got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.
Next day i got call from person Ramu (M:9949811811), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that within 2 day connection will be instal with speed of 40 mbps .
So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
After i did online payment Mr.Ramu promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that also none of the technician From Airtel has contacted me.
due to lockdown issue I am unable to contact airtel customer care for cancelation if connection and Mr.Ramu Also not Taking our phone calls even after multiple attempts .
I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get refund of my payment ,really fed up with airtel service .
