I am living in the middle of Kota city. From so many months me & my colony peoples facing internet connection as well as the call connection in our homes. We are not able to watch a single video on 4g without buffering. For calls we have to go outside homes and sometimes it won’t work outside homes too.
Are we mad here ? We are recharging & paying you 298/month to company. Don’t make false advertisements of OKULA speeds. You are not not serving good in main city & give false hopes of connection in extreme areas of India.
I am using 2g in the payment of 4g. I already put your sim in 1st slot. I have VI & JIO Sims too but still waiting for your good response for me & my colony or you will loose a good number of customers.
PS : Writing this complain using JIO sim internet. Attaching a pick with this complaint , check yourself the towers of 1st sim slot.
