since 15 months I have been complaining to airtel for poor network ,call drop,slow data speed at multiple locations including roaming circle, but airtel ai dodging the issue and making false promises or resolving it soon, everytime they promise network survey on a day snd time and fail to come or even respond, even many requests for callback also ignored. I’m paying every month and they are giving fake replies even complaint earlier to ur portal did not help as they said we resolved issues and ur office accepted and closed the matter,im writing on my behalf as well as thousands of other subscribers in India being fooled,cheated and lied upon
