Text of Complaint by Virendra Sharma:

I had registered a network issue problem with Airtel customer care dated 06.03.2019 and request number for the same is SR 311220363661436 in which I had mentioned that I am network issue at my work location based in Mumbai. However, they sent their executive at wrong place i.e. home location but executive noted poor network at my home location as well. There were no improvement has done in 2 weeks hence I mailed my issue to nodal officer of airtel dated 27.03.2019 and they revert back on the same date with reason that an additional requirement of network tower is observed in given location and their network team is working on the same. Now, it is being more than a month and still I am facing the same issue. If telecom company not able to provide service on time and continue with poor service quality then how can they claim fastest network service in advertisement. It’s totally misguiding the public and necessary action should be taken against the company.
