i recharged with 998 plan for airtel prepaid and the plan details is that i get 12 GB of data and 300 sms renewed every month. but the data is not renewing and when i called the customer care every time each executive is coming up with a different answer once says 12 GB for entire year and other says i used the data for this month (i haven’t received any data).
