Dear Team,
Vimala Bhaskar Pillai, Airtel mobile no: 9619622365, postpaid with monthly rental Rs. 399/-I dont get proper network at my office nor at travelling or sometimes even at home. It is making me a lot frustrated due to the network issue i have to run out to make an important call or search something online or anything. Very poor and bad network half of the time my sim goes on full blank network then how am i supposed to use any of the services without the network. Every time i get the same thing from customer care that a new tower is about to be set at the locations but its been months that im facing this issue its not been resolved inspite of paying the bills on time.
