Hi,
My father having Airtel SIM card of Mumbai region and now he is gone to village but in village does not having Airtel tower/ network so he is not able access network over mobile however my brother having the same Airtel SIM card and he is able to access by connecting idea network .please check and confirm the what is the issue and what will do for it.
