A namkeen pack service was activated on my number 9650154759 by airtel without my knowledge. There is no such type of service, they were not even able to explain about the service. As per a senior excutive (BRIZ BHUSHAN) a charge of Rs. 35 was deducted from airtel account in november, they not ready to provide any information about the rest of the amount dedcuted but it didn’t get renewed due insufficient balance. This feels like a cheats prevaling in the market. This number is with my mom and senior citizen can be cheated easily. They said the service was activated through internet whereas the phone doesnt have an internet connection to it how it can be posible to activate a service which didnt have a internet connection to it
