We have purchase Airtel my Wi-Fi Router by Flipchart &under warranty in one 1 year, we check with customer care center on Nashik ,but not provide support & and not attend customer due purchase router by flipchart , his suggest we cant provide support due not purchase by Airtel site or store , we check with customer care on call & executive suggest visit store but Store execute not given services
