I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile with unlimited plan and my service was terminated before the plan duration,. I am not able to make/receive calls. Then I recharged my phone again even though I have more days left. But for the past 5 days, I am not able to use the network. I have complained to the customer care many times and they are not at all replying or considering my complaint. My husband and my son passed away due to this COVID and I have my mobile, only as my communication source.
