Text of Complaint by Subrahmanyam:

Dear Sir, I recharged using the Airtel APP registered with Mobile Number: 7086076409 to the mobile No: 6900741934 (recharged to this number) through “recharge other number” option in App, for an amount of Rs.399 on 19.06.19

The amount the debited from my account and reflected in the bank account Ref. No:UPI/P2M/917006980032/Airtel.in/HDFC BANK/BhartiA, Google Transaction ID: CICAgKDq1NeKFA, The mobile No. is not recharged. Due to this, I have recharged another amount for less plan as on that day.

I mailed to  the Airtel customer support, and called to customer care also, they replied, please contact Google Pay Customer care. i have contacted Google pay customer and they told that the payment has credited to Airtel Account wide Ref No:CjT3mtbws9jdz4

I called the Airtel customer care and given complaint also.

But upto now the amount is not refunded. I request you to take necessary steps for the same. Call to my mobile No: 9894570073 (Subrahmanyam) for clarification.
