Text of Complaint by Jigna Shah:

Complain for   :  Airtel mobile gallery at Ground Floor, Bhaveshwar plaza, LBS Road, Ghatkopar west, Mumbai 86

 

Complain about Airtel conversion of post paid plan to prepaid.

At the time of application for conversion they inform us to pay recharge amount + activation amount & then after they accept application.

Sim is getting activated but the recharge amount paid at the time of application is not updated in the system, &  due to that since last  days  our phone is not working.

On calling to customer care , they said recharge not done, so number is not working.

Airtel oulet people are just fooling the customers. Pathetic  service, lack  of knowledge of outlet people, rude behaviour . Billing they are charging like anything. Anytime they swap the plan into any other plan without any prior intimation.

Inspite of making the recharge payment of Rs. 499 ( prepaid plan 399 for 3 months) ncluding activation charge, we are suffering and not able to utilise phone no.

Such type of  malpractices should control by Trai.
