on 24th Nov’2018 my airtel mobile number +919414081014 was requested to be ported from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel prepaid. This was a linked number to another airtel mobile no +919829194899 (of my daughter, studying far away in a different city and staying in a hostel), now they told me at Airtel office Pilani- 333031 (rajasthan) that this portability will take 24 hours and for that duration both numbers will not work. it’s been 48 hours yet they are not working. There is absolutely no way to contact airtel, they do not reply to emails, cutomer care numbers do not connect you to an executive until you feed in your mobile number and feeding the mobile number is telling me that number is invalid. This is totally miserable that i have to suffer my important works for this issue and moreover my daughter who stays aloan doe snot have a phone at the moment.
