I want shift from airtel to bsnl i have main balance 6 rupees and validity and validity and that balace around 56 rupees but my message is not going i went airtel store they asked me how much recharge u have done i said 79 and a 10 separate but they are saying to do 149 recharge then only the port request will be sent.
What is this i have main balance and validity and the validity balance but why they are doing i am trying to call customer care but there is no option to talk with them and also the ivr option too not working they just to showing they fooling the customers and making difficults to port to keep them in airtel this is a not right its a crime.
