Hi,

Here I would like to enlighten the unprofessional/ mental harassment  behavior from Airtel end.

Currently I am using the broadband connection of airtel (Plan is 799-300 life time discount with 24MBPS, so per month rent is 589/-),

 

on 14 august’18  I called up for the  complaint regarding the slow speed from last many month and the misbehavior of 121 CCE to airtel CC 121. after getting the call from CC for the resolution on the same , after a long discussion  they offered me the retention of two months (which was 581+581) against facing the problem related to speed. So in my airtel account -1170 rs has credited, on same month 3 Aug bill has generated for the month of July has paid to the airtel around 18 Aug. During the call executive Ms. Deepa from backend) confirmed me that there will be no change in PLAN everything will be same

 

so  august/Sep month should be waved off from the retention ,

 

but it was not happened What I see in next month that balance in my airtel account shows around 370rs instead of 581RS. ( one month bill should be waved off from retention)

 

In concerned to the wrong deduction  I again called up to Airtel CC on 14 Sep, after a long conversation with CCE, they told me that my plan has been changed to 799 so there is no discount showing in my plan, so that is why  deduction has happen according to the plan 799 which has activated without any confirmation to me  instead on my earlier plan (mentioned above)

 

I asked from CCE how this can be happen, why you changed my plan without any further intimation to me, it’s a blunder.

So executive cascade the complaint to the backend concerned from where I get the offer in aug. But from 14 sep’18 to till  5 oct’18 there is no call back has arranged to me

 

In oct again the bill has generated around 650rs/-, I called up again on 5 oct’18 for the above concern, again they do not have the answer how my plan has  changed, but no body want to understand the exact problem.

They only have one line to say “ sir we cannot do anything now, so you have to pay 799+GST”  so after this beahiour I got angry and decided to disconnect the connection so that no further bill should be generate and I can resolve the issue with airtel easily without any dues

 

Now what was surprising moment for me was that they  accepted my cancellation request very fast and cut the connection in 15 minutes without any further discussion neither try to understand my complaint .

 

Many time I worked from HOME so due to this my lots of personal and official work hampered. 2 days almost waste because of the stupid behavior of Airtel executives  even I not get any call from Airtel.

 

After 2 days on 7 oct’18 I called up again to 121 executive to get the status of my complaint they said there is no update, after explaining word to word from 1 day to last about the complaint and my problem to 5-6  121 executives then one of executive understand the fact and accepted yes it was the mistake from airtel end  not from my end. so they suggest I should reconnect my connection and discussion should be continue with airtel regarding my complaint, so that my personal work should not be hampered.

 

I did what they suggested, next day I asked the email id of the senior authority to escalate the issue to the higher authorities but CCE give me the wrong email id which is really shame on employess that they do not have proper email IDS , after a long search over the google I found the appellate & nodal officer mail IDs.

 

Then Email has sent with all the details to the appellate and nodal officer.

Got the call next day & they shows their concerned and apologies on the complaint but on the another side smartly don’t want to give me any offer against my earlier plan, they said directly they cannot do anything.

They offer some plans to me which is 799 +GST with 24 MBPS / 499+GST with 8MBPS, these plans are open for all the public nothing special for me after the privileged customer and having to connections of airtel they not respect for the same.

 

In this you can understand that they want the customer should compromise not airtel

 

Lots of calls happen in this regard but they don’t want to compromise after doing the biggest blunder, after many arguments I decided to compromise and switch from 24MBPS to 8 MBPS .

 

But they not stop here they said I have to pay the 600 rs rent as well which has generated on 6 Oct. on the same I replied to airtel that I compromised so much to switch the plan from 24MBPS to 8MBPS after the blunder happen from airtel executive so I will not pay these 600 rs. So you need to give me this compensation

 

But really ashamed to say that airtel people are sick they want all the compromise from customer end after doing the biggest blunder from there executive.

I realize later that they making me fool, instead of giving me the privilege or any plan near to my earlier plan / compensation, they are expecting and demanding the rent from me.

 

So kindly help me to get out of this

 

And request you to help me to get the compensation of 50000/- for my personal / professional mental harassment
