Text of Complaint by Rupesh S Patil:

This is to inform you that on 12th day of August 2018, your marketing executive visited me and told me to port my existing vodafone number 9920671251 to Airtel billing network, Inspite of fact that their was not network coverage in my location for Airtel network, your marketing executive Mr. Riyaz (Mob: 7985927616) has commited that their shall be network coverage once the number is proted to Airtel network. This is the number used by my retired father in the said location and I need not travel in any other location. On 14th day of August 2018, my said number was ported to Airtel network with zero network coverage in said location. On 20th day of August 2018, I have logged a complaint to Appellate team for defeciency in services, and they called me and committed me to resolve the issue at earliest and their network team is working on it. I had also request them if they cannot provide network coverage then I am comfortable porting back to vodafone network. I was informed as per airtel policy proting back to vodafone network can be done only after 90 days. Then after keeping me in loop for 3 months period, now I have received bill of Rs.812, on the said unused number. For last 3 months Airtel Network team is working on network issue and expecting my co-operation continue with airtel network.
