- I only want a duplicate sim of my previous sim.so i went on airtel store in dhundhera near hanumam mandir .i was given my mom id.And they digitally submit the form.Then they gave me a duplicate sim.They told me it will be active in 4hrs.But it was not happened.my sim is not active yet.so i went with my mom again at that store.At the time they told me there is any mismatch in DOB.I told them my mom forgot the DOB which i mention previous .So i give my mom id proof of DOB.Then they told me to visit airtel branch in sahara mall.I also visit that store .They also do same procedure.They also gave me a sim card.But after 4hrs it was not active.I went airtel store in two places which is far from my home.I spend 400 rupees on travelling.But no one try to help me out.
