Text of Complaint by Prabhat Vats:

I select a star sports HD channel on 1st April’ 2019 and then send a message as per guidance shown on my tv screen and received a confirmation for message for activation but till now channel is not activated. No one is answering from airtel customer care, sometimes no. Comes busy, few times no. Shows invalid, sometimes no one responds. I m so frustrated from their services. Its not first time, all this happening. They also didn’t gave proper and true information to their customers,after selecting the package for tv, then they deduct or deactivate the channels and start saying that this channel is not for HD channels, they’ve already all details that i m using HD channels and package since long time then why you’re telling me other plans to me.?? Its just tricks to fraud with customers and force them to pay other charges. They call you so many times in a day for their Android setup boxes and al other services to sell..but no one will answer your call or entertain us to resolve our problem. They only want customers to sell their products without giving any facilities. Frauds..!!!!

  • Here is the attached screenshot for my call details of customer care no. But there is no response from their side. Which is so frustrating.
