Dear Sir,
I had purchased my airtel sim 12 years back in 2008 with lifetime validity offer. According to this offer the validity of my sim card should be 2038 without any recharge or minimum balance. Suddenly, Airtel along with Vodafone( Idea) and Docomo decided in October 2018 to change the rules of validity for new as well as existing users and enforce mandatory monthly recharge for all users. This is a violation of the plan i had bought which clearly stated my validity to be till 2038. Please do something regarding this matter.
I am not the only one facing this problem. There are thousands of complaints online regarding this matter. TRAI has not done anything till now. They cannot change the rules since I as existing customer paid for the service and I am not getting the full validity for the paid amount. Please find the screenshot below; you will see how many people are facing the same problem due to sudden fraud rules by airtel, vodafone+idea and docomo. We deserve justice as common citizen of India.
My Airtel number is 9898487477. If this issue is not resolved then we as customers will be forced to go to Jio or BSNL.

This is complain against Airtel. I had a lifetime validity on my Airtel Number 9934179780 but it’s showing some couple of days (outgoing call expire on 15 Dec 2018)
Please resolve my issue
I try to contact Airtel office by physically and online but they unable to resolve my issue.
