Respected Sir,

Myself Prasenjit Chatterjee. Airtel Mobile No. 9903183059/9433704455. I have purchased this sim card in 2006-07 & I have done a recharge of Rs. 999/- for Life Time Validity. Now I have received a message from Airtel that the validity of my mobile is going to expire on 13.11.2020 & recharge for Rs. 149/- for extending the validity for 28 days. When i have paid Rs. 999/- for Lifetime Validity how they can reduce my Validity date. For this 999/- recharge I wasn’t given any talk-time this recharge was only for Lifetime Validity. Pleas take a proper action against this Company for Such Theft. Please fine heavily Airtel on this fraudaulant act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.
