Text of Complaint by Mahipal K:

I am writing to you on behalf of a reputed organization. Upon raising a complaint, we were informed that the cable got cut. But Airtel is not willing to replace or repair the cable. We are currently under 499 plan and therefore our broadband services also got interrupted because of which our office operations got affected.
We have been Airtel customers from 13 years now and It is surprising to note that reputed service provider like Airtel is not taking responsibility to restore the services on priority.
We look forward to immediate action from Airtel.
We are writing emails and calling regularly is there any resolution for the problem or Airtel is not able to fix the issue for corporate customers.
Just assume how the corporate customer runs an organization without Landline and Internet since 11 Oct 2021.
How many days are required for the restoration? As per Airtel, we waited for more than 24 – 48 Hrs. Every time I reach 121 / 198 receive a common IVR message or Customer care support gives me an answer regret the delay we are working on a priority basis.
As per the discussions with the technician, today morning some person came and delivered a cable and asked us to arrange an electrician for laying the cable and the electrician charges are not paid by Airtel, is Airtel doesn’t have a team to lay the cable or this is out of Airtel scope of work or I am staying in a forest where cable can’t be layed.
Request you to address this issue or provide an alternate resolution to fix this.
