My landline and BB is not working since Thursday(9.4.2020). I raised the issue on the same day to the customer care. They 1st said it ll be resolved within 24 hours and he service request no is 116802744. As it is not done I called customer care. They asked me to wait for another 24 hours. But it’s not done. I called the next day. They said due to low resource there will be a delay resolution and to wait until Tuesday (14.4.20). I am trying to call airtel since 14.4.2020. But no one is answering. After waiting 15 mins in the IVR it’s keep getting disconnected. Even today 15.4.2020 it’s getting disconnected. Unable to reach any of the representatives to address my issue. I am really disappointed. Being in lockdown with no source of internet to work from home is stressful. I need this issue to be resolved today. I can’t wait more. Pls send the engineer or else cancel all my service with airtel.
