Hello,
This is regards to the postpaid service which i am using and since the day cycloan ampahn has hit kolkata i am not able to use my services no one is able to contact me neither i can make any calls since last wednesday somehow in a day i get network for not more then 10mnts and its very intermittent and i have also raised my query twice as no data working and no incoming or outgoing calls.I am staying aloan in kolkata away from home working and this is the only way of contact with my family. Right now we have no salary and i am not able to make the payments .All other companies has given releif to us regarding loans and etc but telecom has restricted my services today .This is really something which i am not going to accept this. Kindly go through my call details and data usage from 21st May how many calls i have made or how much data i have used .i have been using the sirtel postpaid since 4 yrs and this is what i am getting .Today i dnt have money to pay and my services are gtting barred. My no is 9836135122 kindly unbarr my services atleast i can make urgent calls even if i am dieing or else i have to make an official complain to ombudsment or local police. Once i get my salary by 10th i will make the payment.
I have 3 airtel connections with me 1 is postpaidf and rest prepaid. But the kind of harassment i am getting since last one week trust me i will never recomend airtel to anyone.
Kindly reply me back asap and un barr my services.
