I was using Airtel broadband post paid plan at my bangalore house every month i was paying 2300Rs for that,they committed that they will provide 16mbps broadband speed and even you you not get any call drop problem and voice quality also will be crystal clear voice while phone call ,they offered me three postpaid number also , and many more offer they had said that you will get best service from airtel ,

But they fact is that even i was not getting network inside my house for that i had complain many times to the airtel customer care , i iave visited many time to nearby airtel store which is in sahakar nagar ,

but they didn’t hear my complain always they say that within a week your problem will be shortout but till now the problem has not been solved my airtel ,lasty i visited airtel office for the closure of my airtel airtel postpaid plan,

in closure they took 1 week to stop they plan they were charging every day even they charged they extra amount also that ,my question is from airtel when you are not able to satisfy your customer then why you are making such a fake commitment to customer,

i used airtel plan from January to june 2020 ,In six month i was just fed-up with there services ,i should defamation case against airel
