Text of Complaint by Prachi Tamrakar:

Sir my number is 9520835441 and today i recharge 598 rs smart pack for 84 days validity but my sim still not working no outgoing incoming service is active and no internet is working to this number.  So many times i tried to connect customer care number but no option connected to care person where i can directly talk someone and tell about my problem my 598 rs gone waste to airtel.  I sent so many emails to [email protected] but they just told this email is not rasistered so what i am unable to get sms to my sim how can i rasister my number to this id if i cannoy get otp sms . Sir i want 9520835441 please open my sim and active my sim or call me on 7275272298 aur reply me on [email protected] please solve my problem.
