Airtel saying now you have to do a validity recharge every month to continue using their services, otherwise outgoing call will be stopped. Facing this issue which harassing customers of Airtel
Earlier it was lifetime validity for Airtel Mobile Customers.Now they have changed their plan monthly validity even though balance amount still exists in customers mobile account. I feel this this is unfair trade practice by Airtel Mobile Network Company.
How can you say validity will expire within 28 days when already some balance amount in customers mobile account and not utilized yet?
How can you say outgoing calls will be stopped and make it expired when customer do not recharge every month?
How can you say incoming calls will be stopped on target date fixed by airtel if customer do not recharge every month?
It is really affecting mobile customers to recharge every month compulsorily when they do not make too much of calls and data utilization.
It is really makes mobile customers to suffer by extra money for monthly recharge when already sufficient balance amount in their mobile account
Airtel management to look into this issue and help the customers not to suffer due to Validity issue
