Dear sir, I am a airtel user and I have 50 rs discount coupon in my airtel app which was provided by airtel. I got them because I had done recharges for my number so in return they gifted me some 50 rs discount coupons. But today I tried to apply one coupon at the time of recharge, but it didn’t work. So I called the customer care and they told me that airtel has stopped the 50 rs discount system. Sir with due respect I want to ask that if I have some coupons then why am I unable to use them? Why they stopped this system even after knowing that some of his customers still have some coupons which they got as a gift for being a loyal customer? I have done recharges and for that I got coupons but now they just stopped it. They are just trying to save their money. I am attaching a screenshot where it is completely visible that the validity of those coupons are still not expired. Then how could they stop something which still has validity? My request is sir, I want to get my benifits back, I can’t let it go. And I am not the single person, Many people are facing the same issue. Airtel is just cheating their customers. They just love money nothing else. So sir with due respect I want you to look into this matter ASAP.
