- I have been using Airtel for few months now, I have rs.14 in my account balance. I don’t use this sim for outgoing very often. Today when I tried to call my friend from this sim, but I couldn’t. I got a message saying your outgoing services has expired, but when I checked my balance there’s still rs.14 in my account. I also noticed that my incoming calls will expire soon. I don’t know why would my incoming and outgoing calls expire, when I still have balance money.
