I took airtel internet connection and after 6months they called me and gave me an advise that by just paying extra 500 month they will add dth too but with out my consent they changed by wifi plan from prepaid to postpaid after 6 months i realised it. And questioned them asked to change my plan to pre-paid they charged penality from me and they didnt changed even after paying i approach consumer forum and asked for total disconnection…and they finally did but till the date they a calling me twice a and harrasing me with calls if i block a number they are calling me from another ..idiots
