Dear Airtel Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing Internet service outage at our home, which has persisted for the last 36 hours (since yesterday morning at 10 am). My complaint (request) number is 10352183930.
Despite raising the issue, there has been no follow-up, no callback, and no resolution. This lack of response is highly disappointing, and I must highlight the extremely poor service we have received from Airtel in this situation.
I have communicated with the Engineering team lead, Shailesh Gupta (8898333654), and Area Sales Manager, Mohd Irshad (9807052135), but regrettably, no one is taking effective action to address and resolve the problem. It is disheartening that despite numerous requests and sharing the complaint number, there has been no proactive effort from the Airtel team to rectify the situation.
As the secretary of my society, I have advocated for Airtel services, encouraging all building members to opt for Airtel. However, the current experience has left me, along with all our building colleagues, dissatisfied.
I urgently seek your intervention to ensure the Engineering team, Team Lead Shailesh Gupta, Area Sales Manager Mohd Irshad, and TSM Suraj Tapan Ghosh (9833726608) promptly address and resolve this issue. Anil Solanki, we need clarity on what is happening and a swift resolution to the problem.
We expect better communication, proactive follow-up, and a conclusive resolution to this matter. Our trust in Airtel’s services is at stake, and we hope for immediate action to restore our confidence.
