Dear Sir/Madam
I, Yogesh Singh, prop. of JMD CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, having Landline No 011-49071389, using this from last 5 years.
my Internet was not working by 17th feb 2021 and I have raised compliant for the same SR No. 127825702, a person came and told that i have change your wiring, now everything is okay, by after 1 hour i was facing same problems, I again raised a compliant SR No. 127900352 at yesterday and they take full day for wiring and all but problems did not resolved, I came office today still my Internet is not working yet, all persons told me lie that they have changed the wire and all, but they did not changed,
due to not working the Internet I have suffered very loss as my staffs are seating vacant from last 4 days and I have to pay late fee for my all clients due to non filing of GST return, as today is the last date for filing the GST Return, I have incurred loss of Rs. 20,000/- in 4 days due to not working the internet and Airtel is responsible for the whole things
