Dear Team Airtel,
This is with reference to subjected topic that I have recharged 4G plan 3gb per day in my 8006126888 prepaid number but I am not able to use that due to flactuations in network.
In the day time I need to do work. Official meetings over internet but due to internet problem I am not able to do that.
This issue can effect to my employment.
I had made request and registered complain many times before by mobile phone but customer care is not responding properly.
At the starting they told to replace handset. I have replaced it but still facing same issue and customer care of executive and there seniors are telling my issue can not be resolved.
In this way Airtel and it’s attachments are cheating the customers.
In enclosed attachment you can see the network speed and verify.
Kindly do the needful so that my employment could be saved.

This is with reference to subjected topic that I am using postpaid plan 9632483123 / 9108743123. I am not able to use that due to worst internet service.
I was complaining the same issue more than 8 months that my internet is not stable and I am getting under 600kbps speed. When I tried to use Hotspot it’s completely down. I registered this complaint over multiple times in the customer care, but this issue haven’t resolved so far.
Every month mid-week I am receiving multiple reminders for the bill dues, and when it’s past the due date you guys shamelessly barred the service and giving an explanation of it’s automation, pay your dues and resume your services.
When it’s comes to money, you guys are behaving like this. Why can’t you do the same to rectify customer complaints. I am not just sitting at home and took money from a tree and pay for your under quality services.
I couldn’t able to do meetings, not even sending emails to my emails, this directly affects my employment. None of the client accepts this kind of apologies due to Internet issue. You guys are saying that we live in digital world, but I am not even getting 2g speed. I am using this postpaid connection for more than 4 years. When I tried to disconnect this connections, you guys called me and promised me that it will get resolved in next eight days. I really don’t know, how it get resolved as I said that I have registering multiple complaints for more than 8 months, you guys didn’t do anything for the past 8 months, how come it will get resolved in next 8 days.
I am using one plus mobile, even I buy 1crore handset, your network service remains same. If you can’t provide a better solution you guys should let us go customers like me.
Better you guys resolve this issue, or I will buy everything using Airtel Billing In PlayStore or from the Internet, I will do damage as much I can after that I will throw these sim cards away and buy a new sim card from other service. I am just fed up of your worthless services.
