Very complaint platform given to customer to raise the coplaint . Hats off to u airtel first. When i cal 198 cant able to raise the complaint . Asking unwanted information. In your app also there is no option fr complaint and if my pack get expired , There is an alert msg to recharge . That is also a great thing from airtel . So coming to my point am from sriperambuthur and from past 2 weeks i cant able to connect the internet .its very slow and not connecting at all .need a solution asap
