Hello ,

I have done I.R recharge of 1199 Rs [trans.reference no.(180728764381)  on my  no. 8976384052 dated 28 July 2018 for my malaysia trip through  airtel website & when I reached there at malaysia my All outgoing calls get barred (including 198 & airtel helpline).

Also when I co-ordinate to  airtel executive through my friend which is india to check the detail of my account , they fail to identify the issue & saying All are correct & recharge was successful but I couldn’t able to make any call , also when i used DATA my 200 rs also got deducted from account .

I suppose airtel should refund my money back (1199+200 = 1399Rs )as i suffered a lot on my trip due to unable call anyone on my trip because I full depended on airtel no. it was really a vary painful experience .

Anyways I already put a port request to Airtel beacuse i don’t want to spoil my further International trips due to such operator issues.
