Hi, I traveled to UAE on Dec 6th and was using international roaming on Airtel mobile. Paid 5137 as the charges for the packs on 27th of December. Again 2 days back they generated my bill and charged me another 6415.
I am back to India on 4th Jan, 2020. And the pack international roaming pack I was using for was valid for a month’s time.
This month why should I pay extra for international roaming is beyond me. Also I have already paid my international roaming pack money.
