Airtel Installed their fibernet and my society intercom has stopped working as a result – Now after tons of follow offs (using mail and their customer care number) they still dont resolve the issue. No one can enter our society without the intercom confirmation and it is thus extremely important. Every time a new person picks up and we have to re-explain the whole issue and then whole process has to be repeated over and over again. We were earlier using Jio and everything was working fine, after which the airtel person came and did some wiring to fix the new connection and the intercom stopped working. We even requested them to remove the airtel connection and revert things as before (to allow the intercom to work), or fix the issue they have created – They are not willing to do either
