Text of Complaint by Manoharan Rathinam:

As part of the One Airtel plan, I am supposed to get Rs. 500 credit for my DTH connection. This means if my DTH usage is less than Rs. 500, I need not pay anything for DTH. But Airtel has started charging me for DTH when my usage I sunder the prescribed limit. I have been following with complaints from 12th May’21, but the issue is not resolved yet. The customer service is incompetent to even understand my issue.

I am attaching the Airtel Bill where it clearly states the breakdown of charges. Airtel is not agreeing to the mistake in their own bill.
