I had activated 1 day international roaming, worth Rs. 649/-. I have been billed Rs 4700+ and now am being told that the package “auto renews”. This is not mentioned on the Airtel site that allows you to buy the “1 Day” plan. I was out of the country for 14 days, then how come the bill was not for 9000+, if the package auto renews?
I have had numerous issues with connectivity- both voice and data, and now this false billing.
