Text of Complaint by Anand:

  1. Earlier my account balance validity is for a long time and there is no limit for any incomming and  outgoing call.and I now the validity is limited for a time and forced to recharge with some amount like 35₹ in order to continue my services.

  1. Yes, 100% I agree with Mr Anand. I also surprised with the shrinking of Outgoing Validity. I have more balance which recharged with Unlimited validity but got notices from Airtel as said by Mr Anand. I support Anand and bless to win this case.

  3. My Airtel outgoing service is also discontinued because I have not recharged with RC 35. But I have Rs. 65 in my balance and I have recharged with this amount just before four days still they are for forcing me to again recharge. Also I got message for incoming validity. I simply couldn’t understand this concept.

  4. I agree, One of executive spoke to me and said this is in Guidelines from TRAI, i need to understand the logic behind recharging when i already have almost around 200 bucks in my account. Plaint daylight robbery this is. And to top it we cant reach to customer care and they are so ignorant and least bothered, i wish all these service providers be screwed for looting us, before Jio they hardly gave any Data now my Data is filled with around 400 GB and no net speed (even when it says 4G) and what use is 400 GB to be me, we dont need this much data..give me what is is neccessary that should be enough and stop your fake propoganda Ads of ‘You are important to us and hence Thank You’ Netflix subscription free for 3 months…all crap.

Yes I faced the same issue the outgoing has been stopped and after calling the customer care executive he said you have to recharge or else your incoming will also be stopped in 15 days and this has been done as per the rules from TRAI to all airtel users since 22 October. I have been using this card for more than 10 years and it was sold to me as lifetime free prepaid card and now they set a validity and expiry this is clear fraud they should be fined.

    1. yes as they promised our card has lifetime incoming free, and now they changed it as monthly recharge for even incoming. TRAI needs to keep eye on such move must take neccessary action.

Yes Even , I Have noticed same message in my mobile out going call , why this kind of services there are bring to the public , its Impacting more on public side and Airterl simple making Faster 4G network in the world but dom sure its worst in 4G but when you leave from city for 50 KM There is no even 3G netwrok i agree with Airterl 2G is there all location and many of then struggling with ISP’s like Airtel and docomo , Vodafone etc Accept JIO , Its Worst telecom Industries other than Jio .
