I had unlimited validity for the airtel sim card suddenly they have stopped my services and asking for the recharge for the validity for every month.
This is not fair. If they can’t beat the Jio then why they are indirectly targeting the general consumers. There should be some proper low for the validity on the sim cards.
I request the Consumer Court for the appropriate action on this scenario. This is a straight looting business of airtel company from the general public.
If there is one time recharge for the validity that would be more fair. But doing monthly recharges only for the validity “not fair”.
