I am from Canada in Mumbai for 5 months
As I thought Airtel was a good Indian company I paid 2800+ for 3 months of home internet and they gave me the hotspot for my internet
the technician came that evening and worked on it and said that it’s all done
the next morning when I tried to connect to to Airtel internet on my laptop,the internet icon keeps rotating and shows an exclamation mark and when clicked on that icon it says no connected
but above it says connected
I have spent 600 rs in visiting the Airtel office in Chembur where I paid for all my internet and tv services
all the 600 rs is just to go tell them my problems and ask them to get my internet working
All I have received is comforting talks that they apologize and understand my problems and will try to resolve it
its been since 25 October 2018
and nothing has been resolved
i have asked for full refund of my 2800plus rupees
but Airtel refuses to refund my money
its cheating
stealing from me
Airtel’s are chors stealing my my money and refusing to refund my money
Where’s the justice here

are we going to encourage these cheaters Airtel company
