I have airtel hotspot having no. 7219394823, during charging its battery gets expanded and so we disconnected the same and removed battery (Saved from major accident). While inquired at airtel stores for new battery, it has been told that battery not get from store may have to approach local vendor for the same (but due to lock-down it is difficult), hence want to temporarily deactivate this service and stop service & payment accordingly (will pay outstanding accordingly)
