I AM USING HELLOTUNES SERVICE FROM LONG BACK ONWARDS. SUDDENLY FROM LAST TWO MONTHS ON WARDS I AM GETTING NORMAL RING TONE INSTEAD OF SELECTED TUNE I MADE COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY REJECTED MY REQUEST TO NOT TO PROVIDE FREE FOR NEXT TWO MONTHS OF HELLO TUNES. THEY TAKEN MONEY FOR TWO MONTHS MONEY 72RUSPEES AND AND DOWNLOADING CHARGES 15. THEY DIDNT PROVIDED PROPER SERVICES AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE FREE SERVICE FOR NEXT TWO MONTHS FOR EARLIER’S STUPID SERVICE OF THEM HENCE THEY ARE SUGGESTING ME TO CHAMGE THE NETWORK INDIRECTLY
